SBI Simply Click at a Glance
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Annual Fee | ₹499 + GST (waived on ₹1L annual spend) |
| Partner Rewards | 10X (BookMyShow, Myntra, Apollo, Domino’s) |
| Other Online | 5X rewards (cap 10,000 pts/month) |
| Welcome Benefit | ₹500 Amazon voucher |
| Milestone Benefit | ₹2,000 voucher on ₹1L and ₹2L spend |
| Fuel Surcharge Waiver | 1% (up to ₹100/month) |
What We Like
- 10X on partners is excellent value. BookMyShow, Myntra, Apollo 24x7, Domino’s — common spending categories for young users.
- ₹500 Amazon voucher on joining. The welcome benefit nearly covers the first year’s fee.
- Milestone vouchers worth ₹4,000. Spend ₹1L and ₹2L for e-vouchers. Easy to hit if it’s your primary card.
- At ₹499, the barrier is very low. Great entry point for budget-conscious shoppers.
What Could Be Better
- Reward points, not direct cashback. Redemption value varies depending on how you redeem.
- 5X cap of 10,000 points/month is limiting. That’s ₹2 lakh in spending to max out.
- Partner list is narrow. No Amazon, no Flipkart, no Swiggy. If those are your main apps, look elsewhere.
Our Verdict
An excellent budget card for entry-level users who shop on Myntra, order Domino’s, and book movies. The milestone benefits add genuine value. But if Amazon and Flipkart are your thing, the HDFC Millennia wins.
Rating: 3.9/5 — Great budget option, limited partner coverage.
